What If Someone Had Some Great Video Of A Celebrity Before They Were Famous, Can They Make Money?

What if someone had some great video fo a celebrity before that person was famous, that’s a great thing I have hey? I have a lot of old videos of celebrity types there got and are really famous now on video, way back in 1990’s when they were not famous…. What can I do with those?
